Artwork: ADSUM (2019)

Crafted from optical glass to endure extreme environments, a 1 cm version of Adsum was sent to the International Space Station in 2022 and later landed on the Moon’s Mare Crisium aboard Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost lander in March 2025. The version presented in this exhibition is a replica of the sculpture currently on the lunar surface, offering viewers on Earth a glimpse of this historic artistic gesture that merges poetry, technology, and cosmic presence.
